Our services are designed for those seeking recovery from addiction or mental health problems. We provide Outpatient and Intensive outpatient services ranging from 3– 15 hours per week. The length of our program may range from 3 – 6 months depending on the needs of the client and assessment results.

*Group meetings are held in the morning and also in the evenings.

*Parenting education and referral to community support services is also available   through our program.

*Our services are available in both English and Spanish.

*We use cognitive behavior therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Couple Therapy & Family Therapy.

Eligibility

Any adult 18 years of age and older, with mental health/ or substance abuse problems.  

We help people deal with:  Addictions, Substance abuse, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, sex addiction, Eating Disorder, Drug and alcohol testing, Co-Dependency, Individual and Family Therapy, Sexual Abuse, Personality Disorders, Bi-Polar, low self-teem, Steroid Abuse, Internet Addiction, Gambling Addiction.

We have day and evening hours, as well as Saturdays to fit your schedule. We will be happy to talk with you and answer any questions you may have about therapy and how we may be able to help you. Telephone counseling is a great way to help folks who don't have access to a qualified professional, are on the road, or who want extra confidentiality. We accept private pay & private insurance.
